We accept many insurance plans and bill directly to your carrier, on your behalf.

We are now IN-NETWORK with Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and the VA. If you are a Veteran, please contact the VA to get the referral process started.

We are currently OUT-OF-NETWORK with Aetna, Cigna, and Humana, however, we can bill for these plans if you do have acupuncture benefits on your plan. Please fill out the form below and we can verify your benefits for you to determine coverage.

If you have Medicare or a Medicare advantage plan, we are unfortunately unable to bill insurance for you as Medicare plans require that Acupuncture treatments be supervised (or provided) by an MD, NP, RN or OMD (which we do not have on staff).
